Servo Motors Explained: Key Components, Function & Benefits
Servo motors are crucial in modern automation and robotics, providing precision control over positioning, speed, and torque. Whether you’re...
Positive and negative pressure thermoforming refers to a process in which both positive and negative pressure are used at the same time. Under certain temperature conditions, the power of positive and negative gases is used to blow thermoplastic materials into the mold to form the required shape. When the machine is running, pressure from the bottom is drawn from the top, which is the negative pressure at the bottom, plus the pressure from the top is added, that is, positive and negative pressure.
Negative pressure thermoforming refers to adding raw materials into a specific mold, and solidifying the raw materials in the specific mold through vacuum and pressure mechanisms to obtain the desired product shape. The negative pressure molding machine only evacuates the bottom and there is no pressure on the top.

Common accident types:
Watermarks and bubble spots appear on the surface of the material. The generation of water ripples is related to the speed of film production. Bubbles are caused by excessively high temperatures during sheet production, mixed production of sheets, or air infiltration during sheet production. So carefully check the quality of the sheets you buy.
Precautions:
Safety rules:
Emergency handling:
PP (polypropylene): hard to the touch, flammable, high transparency, good heat resistance, up to 120°C, chemical corrosion resistance, can be used to contain a variety of chemical substances, not easy to release harmful substances, low density, suitable for Make lightweight products. Can be used to hold soy sauce, vinegar, etc.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate): hard to the touch, good impact resistance, transparent or translucent, poor heat resistance, can only reach about 70°C, easy to deform, and substances harmful to the human body may melt out , should not be reused. Used in common plastic bottles for soda drinks.
PS (polystyrene): hard and brittle, colorless and transparent, with a softening temperature of 80°C. It is hard below 80°C and becomes softer above 80°C. It is flammable, has good water resistance, and its chemical stability changes with time. decreases as the temperature increases. In daily life, it is often used in food packaging such as instant noodle bowls and FamilyMart buckets, as well as transparent CD boxes.
Characteristics and advantages of PLA
PLA (polylactic acid) is a non-toxic, non-irritating, biodegradable and absorbable polymer material that is edible, does not pollute the environment, is green and environmentally friendly, and can be processed and molded plastically. The material cost is relatively high, but it has good mechanical properties, high resistance strength and heat-resistant stability, is not easy to discolor, has good transparency, antibacterial and mildew resistance, and has a service life of up to 2 to 3 years.
